Primary Responsibilities: As a Restaurant Assistant Manager, you will oversee various aspects of daily operations and support the Restaurant Manager in managing a smooth, efficient, and welcoming environment. Key duties include:
Operational Management:
–Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily restaurant operations to ensure high-quality service and efficiency.
–Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Implement and enforce operational procedures to maintain consistency and quality.
–Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Ensure health, safety, and sanitation standards are rigorously followed.
Staff Management:
–Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Recruit, train, and develop new staff members, ensuring a positive team culture.
–Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Set work schedules, oversee performance, and provide constructive feedback to maintain high standards.
Customer Service:
–Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Address customer complaints promptly and professionally to enhance guest satisfaction.
–Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Ensure a positive guest experience by monitoring service standards and implementing improvements where necessary.
Inventory & Financial Oversight:
–Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Control inventory and monitor revenue to achieve profitability goals.
–Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Assist with procedure adjustments, pricing, and offerings based on financial performance and customer demand.
Supplier & Client Relations:
–Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Assist in negotiating arrangements with suppliers for food, beverages, and other supplies to maintain quality and manage costs.
–Â Â Â Â Â Â Â Coordinate with clients for special events, banquets, or facility use, tailoring services to meet their needs.
